Summary

Lumina Financial, a 30-year-old traditional brokerage, faced an aging demographic and a disconnect with younger investors. They approached us to overhaul their digital presence. We executed a complete rebrand and end-to-end UX redesign, moving them from a "stuffy corporate bank" aesthetic to a vibrant, accessible financial lifestyle brand. The goal was to simplify complex financial data without dumbing it down.

  • 45% Increase in Mobile Sign-ups: Within 3 months of launch, mobile onboarding conversion nearly doubled.
